St. Augustine has the best combination of everything, imo, out of any place in Florida. Its Florida's true hidden gem. Well, its not exactly an obscure town. It is the oldest city after all, and indeed gets its tourists. But its pretty far down the list in terms of where you hear people talk about when they say they're going to Florida. Its always Daytona Beach, Disney World, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Destin, Key West, the Keys, Panama Beach, etc..........Very rarely, if ever, do you hear someone say "I'm going to St. Augustine."
@@kimdevlinteam Not at ALL......thats part of the greatness. Its much better for those of us in the "know." 😊 It does well enough without having to be overcrowded all of the time
I love visiting st augustine but looking to relocate back to FL and thinking about FB only visited twice and it is really laid back not much happening but I can deal with that.
Thanks for asking. I love Fernandina, it's charming and a great place to visit. I would like to have a second home there but for me St Augustine fits the bill for a permanent residence. It's bigger and just a lot more options for entertainment, dining and shopping.
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life, it’s more land for development and future growth.☀️
@@staugustineliving You love it because you've never lived there. Live there for a year and experience the sh-- show. City manager was fired, too much political divide for a small town. People are friendly at first until you become permanent. Not a desirable place to live.
@@staugustineliving if small town bickering and drama is what they want.. they'll definitely get it in Fernandina Beach. I'd pick St. Augustine over Fernandina Beach any minute of the day.

I love FB too. It's smaller than St Augustine and definitely low key.

You didn't mention churches, community, farmer's markets...
I'll be sure to include those things in my next video.
Fernandina sounds quainter and cuter and Greener and I want more green old Florid a. The forts are a yawn
Fernandina is definitely quaint. Love it up there!

@@islandhopperfl4167 Interesting take. I do know a lot of people that live up there and have for years. They love it!
@@islandhopperfl4167 weird, no one deleted it. I believe someone commented saying that’s exactly what they want 🤷♀️
