Just found one of these videos in my feed, i have compulsions to pick at any bump or anything thats "not suppossed to be on my skin" (bump/pimple ect) just xaught the same and got a few half off. Cannot wait to get these.
i NEED to get this. Ive been picking the skin on my forehead for 2 YEARS, i almost fully healed a few months ago until i just couldn’t helpcto pick it off again :( my parents dont understand that i cant stop doing it and that im really trying to stop.
You can make chokers and stuff like that with the beads, but I’m pretty sure the silicone is able to melt so you can melt the silicone and put the beads back in again
Here is a tutorial to make your own! Remeltables that I have worked with stink and their texture is weird and sticky. I personally do not recommend. Tutorial ➡️ ua-cam.com/video/lEj9PyTthS4/v-deo.html
Would love a longer version of this video! I saw that you asked if talking was okay and i personally enjoy a whisper or soft spoken voice. As long as you put it in the title i think most people will be fine with it. Would also love to see yoh get experimental like having different cups to drop the beads into depending on what color they are because a solo cup and a glass sound wayyyg different. Anyways thank you for the asmr!
SO RIGHT! i have trouble with scratching little bumps on my joints (fingers, ankles, ect...) only because the trybophobia kicks in everytime i see it, so having a picky pad would help, but then trybophobia would kick in and soon i'm be sawing at it trying to make it flat (for you Patrick Stars, trybophobia is feeling uncomfrtable when exposed to irregular bumps/holes)
I have the same issue. I bought one and then I bought more after trying it. It helps immensely! When you’re done with pulling the beads out you can pull apart the silicone pad. That’s what I’ve been doing.
I have a terrible habit of peeling the skin off my lips when I'm not actively doing something with my hands, this looks like something fun to distract my hands with while I'm watching a podcast or something :)
Ooof this is so good but my brain is immediately obsessed with the idea of "finishing" it. I see one of these and my mind ITCHES to pick it out clean or see it picked out clean. And the fact that the video ended before it was "complete" is making me feel a little bit bonkers cuckoo bananas So yeah, as much as I REALLY want to get one of these, I don't think it would be very healthy for me 😅
@@Rand0m-ALT-F4ndoms no, I think for me, it would just magnify that obsessive energy. I don't think my skin picking is enough of an issue for this to be helpful, as instead it would exacerbate that urge
It's called "comments" just "comments". Not "good comments" not "bad comments" just "comments". It's fascinating to me that some nimrod would make an idiotic comment. You post good information and some idiot with a smart ass mouth can't just, 'not comment if you don't like it'
They are not real sable but the beads are and you can search how to make a picky pad and there will be a few results that have all of the supplies listed in the description
People with repetitive behaviors are neurodivergent in more than just that way. They ARE the people with ocd, anxiety, autism, adhd, etc. a lot of these are also comorbid. It is also unfortunately common to go undiagnosed. If you experience body focused repetitive behaviors, I highly suggest reaching out to a psychologist and asking about these diagnoses.

👏🙌
You can make these with plastic beads and PVA glue
I want one of those. I love the sound, & it could help me, with my hair picking, or hair pulling disorder; as well as, my Autism & ADHD.
I’m doing a giveaway! ➡️

@nobodyspecial3067 You can, but it's not a great experience. But if you are in a pinch it works!
Longer video please!!! This was so calming 💕
Okay, good to know! Talking or no talking?
@@pickypollystore perhaps soft talking in the beginning and then transition into just picky pad haha 🩷🩵💜🤍💖

I'd use it for my ADHD and then make chokers with the beads when its done, except I'm too broke 😅

Great suggestions! I am the least soft spoken person alive 😅🤣 But I have thought about sharing some stories while I pick. I appreciate the feedback! 🫶
I've always wanted one of these but my trypophobia is like HOLA 😭
BRO SAME!!!! This picky pad in particular is so pretty too but the brain is just HTFN WITH THAT NOISE

I really struggle with hair pulling, have since I was 9. I am thinking about trying this!

It is healthy for you, it prevents you from picking your dry lips and uncomfortable bumps on your skin

Triggers for people with trypophobia
@@literallyrivers I wasn't complaining. So don't be so quick to assume.

Is this re meltable?
This one is not. I’ve not found a melt able option that doesn’t have a terrible smell. 😫
how long would you say it takes to finish one of these?
Depends on the size and how much of a picker you are. Takes my sister forever 🤣 I can do a large one in about 90 minutes if I speed through it.
