We first visited Sidari in 2009 and have returned five times since, so you can tell we love the place and therefore biased, but I think it is a resort that offers a lot for all age groups. The main strip is about quarter of a mile long and this is quite lively at night with tribute acts and live bands. The acts and bands are very good quality compared to some other places we have been. Eating out offers good variety - both on the strip and nearby with traditional tavernas and international restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Italian, etc). There are two larger supermarkets on the edge of town and many smaller independents on just about every street corner. The beaches are very good with gently shelving paddling. There are loungers on the beach, provided by the adjacent bars, free if you are buying drinks and/or food. Trips out can be booked with confidence from the local tour shops, like Vlaseros. Mosquitos are an irritant but bites can be avoided with sensible precautions like spraying fly killer in your room before you go out and not sleeping with the windows open. I'm sure you will have a good time.
