    beautiful fountain pens, the Mediterranean line is really superb. I think to buy this fountain pen and thank you for this interesting video that convinced me.

    I have the blue Momento Zero and it's a great pen, well made and a very good writer. The Furore is on my list to acquire in the near future. I'm happy that the skills and traditions are being passed on.

    My two limited edition Zeros are the rosewood ebonite and the Blue Abyss celluloid. Both are stunning pens, very comfortable to use, and put down just the right amount of ink for their size ratings (one is a medium, the other a fine). I had absolutely no issues with the adjustment and tuning of those nibs. They are as important to me as my M1000 and my 149 which have been with me for years. My steel nib red marble Zero is an extra fine which I bought slightly used from a grad student. It has had some issues with cold starts, but that is now working itself out. I am glad you are now handling this line.

    I have the Mediterraneo turquoise celluloid (M) and the Blue Hawaii resin (M, MCI, F) these pens are absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. The fit and finish are among the best out there and every nib writes to perfection, the best writers in my entire collection.

      Do you mind me asking, what is in your collection. What pens are you comparing them to? Thank you.

    I love the new delfina edition. Can’t decide between the extra fine or stub.. Momento zero.. what about the music nib. Which pen is that available on and is it a gold nib.?

    • @GoldspotPens
      @GoldspotPens  5 років тому

      The triple-tine music nib is made from 14kt gold. We do not carry it at the moment, but we could special order it if you request.

    Hello Tom . I love Leonardo . Can you please tell me if Leonardo messenger pens have nib that are interchangeable? Are they and if so how?

    • @GoldspotPens
      @GoldspotPens  4 роки тому +1

      Yes, the Messenger uses Jowo #6 nib units. They are friction fit into the nib unit housing. You would have to pull out the nib and feed using your thumb and forefinger.

    Are the nibs in both the momento zero and furore the exact same when comparing the size, pliability, softness and bounce? Or do they differ in size & writing experience slightly? .. I’m wondering if one is smoother or more ‘soft’ then the other? I’m really wanting a white salt furore, however would consider a momento zero if it’s a smoother writer. Thanks!

    • @GoldspotPens
      @GoldspotPens  5 років тому +1

      Yes, Momento Zero and Furore use the same exact nib.

    How did you resolve the baby's bottom problem. What is the assurance that the same problem will not be present in pens purchased through your web-store?

    • @GoldspotPens
      @GoldspotPens  5 років тому

      We stand behind any of the brands we carry. If you receive a pen and it has this problem right out of the box, we'll exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Tom resolved the baby's bottom on his pen by scribbling slightly on micromesh paper and now it writes beautifully.
