Just made it, wow, amazing flavor. Didnt have a big blender so used my stick blender with the food processor attachment. Took about 4-5 minutes and was amazed how well it came out. In the fridge to mellow and on toast for breakfast. Thanks!
Been making my own peanut butter for the past year or more. I just dump a pound of Walmart brand honey glazed peanuts into my blender, and add a drizzle of oil while it’s running. I actually like those better than Planters honey roasted peanuts. The flavor is just better. Have to blend it for 5-6 minutes but it gets pretty creamy by that time, to a pourable consistency while it’s warm. I scrape it out into a Mason jar and keep it in the fridge.
I've smoked nuts for years to give as Christmas gifts, and smoked sea salt for my foodie friends. Doesn't have to be a main course - it can be side dishes, or even condiments.

Up to a few months depending on storage method. We recommend storing it in the refrigerator and stirring before every use.
