    Hack To Sales Confidence Notes - Synopsis
    During the process of discovery, here are a few of my interpretations on the video which I found to be a highlight:
    Pre-Call Visualization and Positive Thought Management
    1. Clear Negative Thoughts
    -Take a moment to acknowledge and release negative thoughts.
    - Mentally “turn down the volume” on unproductive or self-critical thinking.
    2. Feed Your Mind with Positivity
    - Set a timer to focus on positive affirmations or motivational content before the call.
    - Reinforce confidence by recalling successful sales moments or achievements.
    3. Visualization
    - Imagine the call going successfully-focus on rapport, engagement, and positive outcomes.
    - Use historical memory to draw on positive past experiences to create momentum.
    4. Perspective Shift
    - View a failed call as a learning opportunity, not a rejection.
    - Reframe the experience to focus on growth, insights gained, and what can improve.
    5. Reinforce Confidence
    - Avoid labeling calls as inherently negative-focus on the process, not just the outcome.
    -Think about how each call builds your skills and moves you closer to your goals.
