I think there’s a language exam upfront called Fachsprachprüfung, which you have to clear and then it might vary according to the state you are planning to go and the Pharmaceutical Board of that state. Late reply, but unfortunately I do not have specific information about the nursing profession. If you fail the licence exam for doctors, you will have to comeback if your visa expires and if you can’t extend it.

Consultancy is optional if you choose Germany. Some are good, some are bad - but everyone is equally ignorant of what happens after we enter Germany. It’s better to find someone who is already in Germany and follow them instead. All the best. Keep rocking
