John Favreau hasn't really done much acting on TV shows compared to his roles in films and even his directing credits.
Out of all his appearances in Seinfeld, Friends and King of Queens, I think this is the most impactful guest spot he has done.? He came in, got Dough all riled up and left an imprint on the show through the trashcan story.
If he never got into directing, I think there's a good chance he would've been cast in a major sitcom as a series regular. The guy has got some interesting comedic chops!
