(Hindi) Lok Adalats - Composition & Functions, NALSA, Legal Services Act 1987

In this video I would be talking about the alternative dispute redressal mechanism named as Lok Adalats. Lok Adalats have both civil and criminal jurisdiction as far as the offense is compoundable. The composition and functions of the Lok Adalats have been discussed in depth here. Also the Lok Adalats are organized by National Legal Services Authority of India which is a statutory authority under Legal Services Authorities Act of 1987.
