Awesome show, I live full time at Bonnet lake RV resort in Avon Park FL, this is my first RV park ever, here there is EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE, lots of really decent neighbors and is far enough out of town to make it enjoyable, this is a place I highly recommend !!
Great info, one other thing to look at is recent weather events in the park area, we’ve seen some parks that don’t inform you about that, many we’ve stayed at have trees down all over and some that could still cause damage if they fell, it’s like they don’t want you to know until you get there, and then they downplay the situation.
We've been using RV Life's campground reviews for 10 years (before RV Life bought them) and I absolutely agree with taking bad reviews with a grain of salt, especially if it's the only recent bad review. One of the pluses of that site is that by clicking on the user's name, it lets you see other reviews by that user. As you stated, some people just aren't happy with anything and looking at their other reviews will expose that. My general rule is don't stay anywhere with a rating less than 7.5. Great video Dwayne.
Awesome!!! That sounds great but I'm totally tied up for the foreseeable future. But if you need an RV inspector just visit nrvia.org and select "Find An Inspector". Then you can view all of the local inspectors on the map there and contact them about their availability. Any certified NRVIA inspector has the necessary training to provide a top quality RV inspection for you. I usually recommend choosing the one that you feel most comfortable with. And thanks for your positive feedback too!
After few years of RV in our 40’ fifth wheel, the worse ones have been the KOAs campgrounds. These parks were terribly maintained and the interior access were the worst we encountered.
I usually throw out the best and worst reviews as they may be from a competitor or disgruntled employee or even from the current owner. Like you said, look for trends or look at other reviews that person has done.
Thank you for this. You are so helpful. I appreciate it greatly

That's good advice for sorting out campground reviews Mike. Thanks for mentioning that here!
Waiiaka RV park Yreka California. Our new RV was stolen right out of the park. Criminals live there.
Sorry to hear about that.
