We currently offer an option that's more of a "deluxe tackle center" than a summer kitchen. Instead of the mezzanine seat facing aft towards the cockpit you get a fold up countertop with a sink and larger cutting area with more tackle & storage drawers underneath. I just saw one and spoke with the Owner at length . Amazing design . I like the split coffin box with extra seating . Great fish /family concept . Get away from flimsy spray skirts and design a semi closed cockpit Lexan sliding doors with an aft drop down window .
