Ha jumps in excitement.
On the album, Sheer Heart Attack, this song flows from left to right and around your head.
Live, I saw them do it in 1980 at Madison Square Garden, they had it echoing all over the arena.
practice until your fingers bleed and you might reach queen's live performance level
Amazing to think this was a 3500 seat theater. Deaf for days. So much fun.
Haha!!
Brian wrote this song inspired by Queen’s experiences as the supporting band for Mott The Hoople on their U.S. Tour!! The lyric, “down in the city just Hoople and me”, gives a nod to the headlining band! Their tour was cut short when Brian became quite ill & hospitalized with Hepatitis! During this period, Brian had a dream about the Great Flood & penned THE PROPHETS SONG. 🌊💦
news to me - interesting Debra.
I had a big crush on Freddie in this era
Thank you for reacting to my suggestion. It was a great reaction! If you're interested, another great one from the band and Fred. Is "Who Wants to Live Forever" Live at Budapest 1986. Thanks again!
YESSSS .. The Budapest version is my favorite!
Thank you!!!
THANK YOU, Theo!
It's NICE to see one of Queen's performances from the late 1970s... That time period doesn't get reacted to as much.
Thank you Marcie!!!
and it is the most creative period - - isn't it? - apart from the two first albums - - well it changed quite a bit.
