If you’ve witnessed a crime, it doesn’t seem right that you could then legally be the lawyer for the person accused of that crime, there would be a huge conflict of interests there. There’s also no requirement that murder have “premeditated intent” just “intent”-if it’s spur of the moment there’s obviously no premeditation at all. I know it’s a show, but I’m just saying.
I feel so sorry for Sid. I know he loves his Dad. But in the long Run he’s better off without him. The fact that he saved Ste’s life tells me he is not like his father. I feel sad for Ste too.
Sami was a key individual involved in the incident. He'd just been kidnapped and assaulted by a racist gang who'd planned to murder one of their own..and he's been allowed to represent Sid? And on that note how could the police charge Sid with murder when he'd literally just lead a rescue mission for Ste? It's Jonny's word against everyone in Leela's car. Hollyoaks you're completely batshit and yet I'm here at 4am typing this out in the darkness.
The police were never gonna charge him but they have to investigate every claim the only time they considered charging him was when he confessed
