I train goalie but have trouble with bottom corner
@@luscious823 I suggest using a thing called prep step when u are going to dive you step towards the ball wherever side it’s going and u bend your knee down creating a spring kind of and then push it gives u extra speed. PS if you don’t understand search up prep step tutorial
