I love this channel right now! It’s very reminiscent of the old commanders quarters back before Mitch stopped just doing simple deck techs. I’d love to see a tech on lazav the multifarious if you get time.
Thanks for the feedback - I would be lying if I said that Commanders Quarters wasn't a big inspiration for me starting this project, so I'm glad to be compared to Mitch and his work. Regarding Lazav, I may get to older Commanders a bit later but I'm currently going to be focusing on some of the newer ones in Strixhaven for the time being. But rest assured I do plan on getting to some of them at a later point.
Dude I’m binge watching your deck techs they are great! Odd complement here , but I find the way you word things and voice relaxing. So glad I found your channel.
Honestly, not the first time someone has told me that - so its not that weird. I've been told I have "Radio Voice" on occasion and since that's not really something you can teach, hopefully it will hep my deck techs stand our more from the crowd. But thanks for the complement none the less.
thank you for actually showing and describing the cards. im new to magic and its frustrating to have to pause and read or even look cards up whenever a video assumes i just know what a card is. svella was the commander i chose from my friends pretty dang big collection, and i just happened to pull her on mtga. christmas decks for lyfe!(or at least until my timmy is finally satiated)
Glad you enjoy the formatting - I strive to make the video's as inclusive as possible for all skill levels so I'm glad you enjoyed it and could follow along with it as a newer player. Grull Stompy for the win!
My inner Timmy is smiling! Nice to see that your channel is starting to grow. Good work. For the next commander I vote for Codie, Vociferous Codex. I would like to see where what madness it would bring to the table.
Thanks for your continued support - Looks like your vote pushed Codie in the lead over Quintorius for the time being, so its looking pretty good for the book.
Curious, I know you won't revisit it. But if you did, what theme would you approach with him now? Still the same focus, or a new direction? Would love to hear your thoughts, just seeking your expertise on the matter before I start working on it myself.
such a good deck! you know, i'd love to see SHORTS from you, of a wuick update on the decks, with something like 'top 5 or 10 cards' from recent sets you would add (also help your channel grow even faster!) love the content, cant wait to see more :D
@@GrazzetMTG Oh yeah for sure! Can't wait to see the deck(s)! Also what editing tool you using if you don't mind me asking? I'm making UA-cam videos as well but I'm searching for a good editing tool to use🙈
I'm currently using VSDC Pro - Though depending on what you need to use it for VSDC Free might work for you as well, it just doesn't have all the bells and whistles.
This was a great video and very cool build. I would love to see a neyith of the dire hunt to see what direction you go in. I would also like to point out a small mistake you made in the instants category. Hullbreach is sorcery, not an instant. Great videos! Love that you explain the purpose of the cards clearly and that you're really focusing on the synergies!
Thanks for pointing that out - with all the editing and recording that goes into this sometimes categorization errors get through the cracks. I may have to come up with a pop-up or something to correct it in post.... I could see Neyith of the Dire Hunt be a fun build around for a Gruul Stompy build - card advantage + doubling power seems pretty good.
@@GrazzetMTG haha no problem, it was a minor mistake and not really a big deal. Was just nitpicking haha Yeah the neyith build I went with was a Gruul Fight Club Style deck! It's really fun and explosive, and yeah the card advantage and power doubling is amazing. I just wish her ability cost less, since it's such a mana hungry deck so taking advantage of it early is tough. Just keep going, I really like your take on the decks and your cadence is awesome as it helps convey your ideas without being information overload. I recently bought the cards for the lonis deck and am going to try playing it as is (with the panharmonicon upgrade) to see how it functions. Seems like a fun deck with a good focus on Lonis' abilities! Thank you!
Good news and bad news - The Good news is that Dina, Soul Steeper is the next deck build as voted on in the comments from out selection of 3 commanders at the end of the video. Bad news is that my build will not be focusing on food tokens, because while that build may be viable - there is a certain other Chef commander who will be more food focused further down the line. But I hope you will enjoy the build none the less.
Thanks for the video - I love me a good ol' fashioned Gruul battlecruiser beatdown! How about Codie next episode? I love his build-around drawback and would be interested to see how you get around that limitation.
It this time I simply don't have the time to revisit my older builds to do a completely different take on them, but I can see a snow theme build for Svella working very nicely.
Seconding this vote for Killian. Very interesting commander. I feel like it can be built to be pretty high power for cheap, I just haven’t figured out how to go about it yet.

To me, your budget decks feel alot more battle ready than the commander’s quarters at this slightly upgraded budget
Keep doing this man
That's certainly high praise as Mitch is probably the king when it comes to these. Thanks!

Your channel appeared in my suggested. I'm glad it did.
Glad you enjoy my work and thanks for the sub!
Great content as usual! That annoying book seems like a fun buildaround, so my vote goes for Codie. Cheers Mr. Grazzet.
Thanks for the feedback and with your vote Codie takes the lead. Lets see if they can hold on to it.
Dude your videos are really good and really well done! Love it!
I'd personally love to see a Quintorius deck!!
Thanks for the feedback - Quintorius is tied up with Codie so we'll see who pulls out ahead, but it will be a fun build either way.

Your Vega deck tech and this one have given me great ideas for some of my decks! My vote is for Quintorius.
Glad I could be of help! That ties it up again with Codie I think, so lets see who pulls out ahead.
This deck tech looks amazing as usual! If I wanted to slot in Mage Slayer, what card would you recommend I cut?

Great video, keep up the good work! My vote is for Quintorious.
Thanks for the feeback and kind words - we'll if if Quintorius gets the win this time around for some Boros Spirit Shenanigan's.
Great video! I'd like to see a food-themed deck based around Dina, Soul Steeper down the line :)

+1 for Codie
Thanks for the feeback - And that's one vote for Codie for perhaps some 5 color spellslinging.
That's another one for the book.
There anyway you can make a snow deck with the same commander ?
It this time I simply don't have the time to revisit my older builds to do a completely different take on them, but I can see a snow theme build for Svella working very nicely.
My votes 100% for killian, I'm currently brewing a deck with him in mind and would like to see what other people are thinking

Well, that's 2 for Killian - still in the back of the pack but catching up to the book and the elephant. This one may be close.
want to build!!
Glad to hear that you enjoyed it!
