Honestly I love how raw and honest this labor is because sometimes women don’t have such a easy labor ! I feel like a lot of UA-camrs try to act like it’s super easy not complications but girl this is real life !!!!

I lot of them have an epidural and make themselves up like they’re going to a beauty pageant. That’s not labour for billions of women who have long painful labours. No epidurals in my day and make up was the last thing on my mind. Shallow people who think looks are everything. It’s called labour it can be a hard slog and we don’t get paid. WTF 💙❤️💙❤️

Hace tiempo que no sufría tanto viendo un video, eres una mujer muy valiente, al final vale la pena todo el sufrimiento cuando tienes a tu hijo en brazos.

I hope she complained something could have gone really wrong...now we know why a lot of places don't want you to record during labor and delivery in case something happens, they don't get in trouble

I second this as another health-care worker, REPORT them. Nurses & staff should be there to help you not laugh at you or make you feel worse. Send them the video proof para que sepan exactly cuales eran

Yes! Report the quality of care. Each hospital has a department that handles complaints. It might be patient relations? They should have also respected your bodily autonomy when you said you didn’t want it. They tried putting the catheter without your consent and as a result made you suffer, caused you pain and discomfort for something you didn’t need. And in the process were unprofessional about it! Making the remarks, using the iPhone for light, etc. shame on those nurses.
This has been the best L&D video! I am so sorry the nurses treated you the way they did. No one deserves this. I am a current MA and seeing videos of nurses being like this encourages me to go get my RN, BSN. You are so strong and remember epidural or even having a C-Section does not make any of us less of a mother! Congratulations to you and Gabe! ❤️

Algunos casos no es que la hagan de emoción, ellos y su bebé son personas distintas si los padres no quoeren mostrar al bebé es cuestión de respetar esa privacidad.
Muchos UA-camrs se preocupan más por cómo queda el video o como se ven ellos que compartir la realidad 🙄

@@peke2860 decía que no se rompió la fuente de agua por completo lo que resultó en una infección. No se dieron cuenta de la infección asta después de que tuvo al bebé lo cual era una infección delicada y la tuvieron que llevar a cuidados intensivos. La infección puede ser tan peligrosa porque se puede extender a los órganos o en la sangre. Gaby paso por mucho pero gracias a dios está bien.

Yes, she definitely needs to sue. What was crazy to me is how the nurses and the hospital stuff handle things like everything was ok and nothing was ok. Gracias a Dios no pasó otra cosa pero tristemente muchas madres pierden la vida por Hospitales y enfermeras cómo esté.

While I agree her nurses were trash this is what happens when people are dead set on a “all natural” birth. You don’t get a metal for giving birth without an epidural or pitocin/induction.

She’s going to need a lot of emotional support during the post partum stage. You all know how sensitive we all are during that stage. And it’s so easy to fall into depression.

I’m sitting here, 35 weeks pregnant and at total lost of words. You’re so strong, you endured so much and were able to remain calm through it all. Your support system was beautiful to witness, this birth vlog was one of the most raw birth vlogs I have seen. Thank you for sharing this and sharing even the not so pretty parts. I hope you’re recovering well and baby also. Wish you and yours the very best. 💕 I’m glad you documented all of this, I know it’s probably the last thing you want to do/ think about about at the moment but I’d file a complaint against the hospital for all that was done/ wasn’t done because this could have ended a different way( gracias a dios que no) but women get brushed off for several things. you have the platform/ experience to be vocal about it and I think this would be a good learning experience for everyone involved and bring awareness!! love you guys so much!! Que triste que el staff causo tanto trauma en una experiencia que se supone deber ser hermosa (apesar del dolor). Te juro que viví la experiencia y cada momento/emoción contigo. Simpatice tanto al recordar mi embarazo y mi parto que fue tan similar. Pero fuiste toda una guerrera y gabbe no se diga. Me imagino la frustración de todos al verte en ese estado. Espero no te allan robado las ganas, el deseo de quizás a un futuro expander tu familia. Por el momento disfruta esta nueva etapa, gózala, vívela y nunca tengas miedo de pedir ayudar o preguntar respecto a algo que no sabes/ conoces por que te puedes frustrar asking too much of yourself and it’s ok to not know everything the first time. I hate being an empath I literally felt Gabys pain though it all! Even when she was concerned about her baby’s leg position. Gabbi! Hermosa, eres una guerrera. Recordé tantas crueldades y traumas que me causaron las enfermeras cuando yo di a luz hace 4 años. Violaron mis derechos una y otra vez. Ese trauma jamás se olvida completamente, pero el tener a tu bebé contigo… las heridas irán sanando poco a poco. Ojalá los demanden y hagan algo para que se haga justicia. Lo siento mucho mucho por todo lo que pasaste. Que Dios los siga cuidando y cualquier síntoma que sientas.. llama a tu doctor. Por cualquier cosa que sientas. Cuídate mucho Gabbi. Muchas felicidades a los nuevos padres. Gaiden es hermoso. ❤
Yo me imaginaba que en un país de primer nivel los partos eran humanizados pero no es así, la hicieron pasar por tanto dolor y sufrimiento, expusieron la vida de ella y el bb, me es imposible pensar que los médicos no tomarán medidas para evitar esa terrible infección que sufrió, gracias a Dios ya están bien tanto el bb como ella, todo ese sufrimiento se podía haber evitado ella era una paciente que cursaba un embarazo de alto riesgo, diabetes gestacional no la atendieron de la manera correcta.
Gracias a Dios ya están en casa bella familia.

I work at a hospital, and becoming septic is a very scary thing not many people talk about. It’s so scary and that’s why I fear having surgeries. I lost a loved one because they became septic after a surgery. Oh gabbi, I’m so happy you’re okay. 🤍 congratulations on your beautiful baby boy!!

Mi Gabbi! I just want to give you the biggest hug ever after watching this. You were a warrior through your whole pregnancy, labor and post partum! Septic shock is absolutely something serious and can be very devastating and I’m glad the infection was caught just in time. God was by your side throughout all of this. im a nursing student and watching the nurses mess up and disregard it made me so mad. you are already at a risk of infection but they were forcing more things into you that can worsen the infection. im so sorry you had to experience that. that is so traumatizing.

Giving birth is definitely the most traumatic yet beautiful experience a woman can go through. This definitely reminded me of my labor and delivery and how painful it was.
I’m so sorry you had to go through so much more during your process.
