  • CRNS President, Moni Snell, NP, shares an update and recap from the November 2023 Council meeting, including the unveiling of a special piece of artwork we had commissioned.
To reflect CRNS’s commitment to truth and reconciliation and to continue to build relationships with the Indigenous community, the CRNS invited Saskatchewan Indigenous artists to submit expressions of interest to create and deliver a piece of art. With the help of Sakewewak Artists Collective, we connected with Jamie Page (she/her).
Jamie comes from Carry the Kettle First Nation and has a passion for health, health care and revitalizing Indigenous world views, and she incorporates these two passions into her art. The artwork will be displayed on the wall in the CRNS Boardroom, with prints possibly being created to be shared more widely within the CRNS community.
