Recently got the same SAK, it's great and a bit easier to carry than a swisstool spirit, however the spirit really is meant for heavier duty tasks, for fisherman in the family the d.tinkerer would be the better tool, for the handyman the swisstool really is lightyears ahead (except the scissors). The spirit is noticeably heavier though, being all metal and all. I would not recommend you get both like I did, as the tools largely overlap which makes one obsolete.

The little pliers are great if your a musician, i use them for sniping the ends off of guitar strings
