NIEPMD (Divyangan), provides the applications of teaching learning materials used fo rPersons with Deaf Blindness to improve their fine motor and cognitive skills and also creates a supportive environment for effective learning.
NIEPMD is a national institute works under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
