Beautiful setup! Would love for you to source where you got all the items for this setup please? I like the screw on table. I noticed you all have different tables. Where did you get them? And I couldn’t tell what you used to secure the tarp in time stamp 0.37 seconds.
Thank you so much! That was the initial purpose of the video. It was supposed to be a set up and haul style video with us explaining where we got everything from. However, our detachable mic which has a wind muffler malfunctioned and unfortunately for us the wind was terrible yesterday, which made it extremely hard for you all to hear us. The table we used is the Lack table from Ikea and the stakes we used to hold down the tarp are the 4 inch Vigoro Fabric and Garden Staples. You can find these at your local Home Depot in the gardening section. We didn't have time to include everything in the description since the video was uploaded late last night but we will definitely be including everything in the description later today so stay tuned for that.
Two questions how long do you guys have in between when you set these up and when people arrive to them. Do you just tell them where it's set up at? Second question what do you do if people light your decorative candles and get wax all over the stuff?
Hi, thanks so much for watching! For us it really depends on which package we are setting up, but on average we get there about an hour and a half before their scheduled start time which gives us an hour to set up and about 30 minutes to take lots of pictures and videos. We send our client the exact location via text 30 minutes before their start time as well. They call if they need further help finding us. We’ve never had a client light our decorative candles, but if they did and they ruined our stuff it states in our contract that they are responsible for any damages so they will have to pay for everything that we cannot fix ourselves. We do recommend charging a refundable incidental fee. Once you clean up and see that everything is still okay you can refund it to your clients. You can also hold your client’s cards on file instead if you have a system for it. Make sure to include damages in your contract to protect yourself. We hope this helps! 😊

I was a serious customer that wanted to book them. I was told to call & leave a message & they would call me back. After 3 attempts I was like let me buy the stuff & do it myself for my anniversay. So it's August 29 so I been watching UA-cam videos to prepare & look what pop up? Lol the universe is too funny.
