Another thing for pauses, what makes a difference is where we put our pauses. If we leave a pause in between sentences, people think we’re done. However, if we place our pause………in the _middle_ of our sentence, it’s clear we’re not done and we’re even emphasizing a point.

Hi Vinh👋. Another great video 🌟.
I would like to ask you a question. ❓
How do you remember all of the speech 🤔?
I have always so much problem rebembering it 😔.
It seems like you know exactly what's gonna come next.
Do you have any tips for memorizing the speech?

Thanks Vinh. Similar to the serial interrupter point, how do you deal with people who complete your sentences? It's really annoying whether or not they are right regarding what you were going to say.

For me depends on the context as sometimes could be reassuring they are following your train of thoughts no ? But in any case if is face to face I give them a look and repeat the sentence again

What you could do is say, "that wasn't exactly what I was going to say, could you just give me another minute to finish my point? Is that okay?" If you don't call it out, it will never stop. Assume positive intent and that person isn't fully aware of the impact of what they're doing. We talk a lot about psychological safety today. This just brings it back to understanding what that actually means.

How do I end conversations with people? I am usually good with speaking thanks to your help but I seem to have trouble when it comes to ending the conversation and it all ends up awkward!

I'm not sure I'd always agree on waiting to give feedback, even if you just walked off stage. Maybe not directly after, but I wouldn't wait days. Feedback is often best given in the moment, when it's fresh. Feedback is also best when it's focused and actually helpful. Tell the person that one thing that will improve things next time. The challenge is always that we're human and all still on our feedback journey. Be kind, clear and specific. Remember also that feedback you give is just your version of things, and it's up to the person what they do with that feedback.

I know you have an aversion to my use of Japanese characters in my UA-cam name; my old friend, Hao Tang Van, told me of his . . . loathing.
Nonetheless, you are doing well. Every bit of your stuff I come across is helpful, promotive. Good stuff, man, you're gonna be big.
And, in the future, should we cross paths, I'll still be pointing to LORD God Most Cool.
(Just got this: don't be tempted to use your talent wrongfully, in the venue of evangelists. No, man, not for you. I don't know you, man, don't know if you love money-I do not-though I can assure you, that love's end is gruesome. Hell, truly, a gruesome end would be a mercy; it's much, much worse than that.)
    Good job.
