Where do I even start with this absolutely spellbinding property it's no secret that Sunny Isles Beach is my favorite place in the entire world. And I would say that the Porsche Design tower is one of three buildings that are, in my assessment, the best of the best. The Porsche shares that designation, in my humble opinion, with the nearby Muse residences and the Chateau residences. What I find most spectacular about this property is how it is the combination of the double height unit with the intimate second unit, making this penthouse duplex possibly one of the best in the entire building As I look at this property, I can envision hosting family gatherings as well as intimate dinners, social events, and client parties as well. The layout lends itself to family living at its finest. Peter, truly, one of the things that inspires me the most about you is how you understand manifestation...I think I would take that loft and turn it into my office space so that I could sit and look over the expansive view of the beach and crystal blue waters. That would create a law of attraction vortex, I think you'll agree. Something so compelling is the car elevator that brings you right up to your unit. Your car is the key to your unit, and I think that's fantastic. That car elevator is a patented design, named the "Dezervator" after its inventor and Porsche developer, Gil Dezer. And if I recall correctly, they were able to build a 4-story (?) model of it in Chicago so that they could test and perfect the functioning of the Dezervator. Nothing says luxury like your car being showcased on the other side of a glass wall in your unit. And speaking of luxury, how about that pool on the balcony? i honestly think that this is undervalued.. what gets me though, is the bbq in the garage.. why would you park your cars there, if youre gonna be bbqing right next to them. you dont want your car to smell like brisket.. and yes, i would take all the furnishings too.. my 2017 fiat 124 spider would look great btw in that house...
