A Terrible and Dangerous Ruling on Suppressors

A very dangerous and terrible ruling is today's topic from the 5th Circuit as they have somehow or another found that suppressors are not protected by the Second Amendment. Yes, you read that correctly. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of United States v. Peterson, a ruling from a 3 Judge panel in the 5th Circuit that just flat out missed it, but leaves suppressors very vulnerable for future regulation with this line of reasoning.
