@@siyarrashed i think his papers are fixed, he just didn't get his rehab for his knee injury finished in time to be fully prepared and actually compete to get a spot for this Olympics. his weight class has changed from 64kg to under 80kg so we will see how he will do, hopefully it works out well and we can see him in the Olympics again
