It might have been written by the same person! Russya's husband, Konstantin Ossaoulenko, definitely wrote some songs for Sana early in their career, but that might have been before this song.

@@Pedgerow I spoke with Russya's husband Kostya and he told me that he was never affiliated with Sana, he only wrote some songs for Vechirnya Shkola :)
