Just a heads up, you shouldn't put a webcam over on your MacBook because the lid is designed to have very little clearance when closed, so objects like that could put pressure on the screen and crack it. You don't really need a webcam cover since the webcam light is hardwired to the webcam and will always turn on if it the webcam is being used. But, if you're skeptical and do want that extra layer of security, Apple recommends using a piece of tape/paper/post-it note instead.
@@teddeyyy and macos is really safe, it shows a green little dot next to your camera if your camera is being used. otherwise its off! maybe remove it as it also retracts your warranty if it breaks the screen for example

Combining that with little space between the screen and body when the cover is closed, the camera cover can crack the screen. It’s happened to plenty of people already and it’s a known issue since the m1 came out. Another thing that can crack your screen is closing it from the corner instead of the center. When closed from the corner, screen flex’s and cracks. The lid should be closed, opened, or moved only from the center
so much performance on a laptop for dental school... macbook air would have been a better choice I m also studying medicine and the macbook air m2 is perfecttt anyway the colour you got is amazinggg!!!

I highly advise you to get it!! However just buy the m3 pro instead of the base, as its quite a big difference- also just the base m3 pro is really strong but if you do a lot of intensive tasks on your macbook maybe buy a RAM upgrade!!

doehhh i dont care. I have ipad 10 gen 256G cell data unlimited 5G its pretty much having a cell data laptop and iphone 14 plus moving to 15 soon. Ipads arethe same to me as a macbook i had one and it broke I dont really like them. Love my ipad can take and use everywhere have everything I need on it my ports and stuff all good. My favorite ipad accessories is the logic backlit keyboard. So its basically a laptop.
except its not a laptop 🙄 if you don't care, don't watch the video or leave dumb comments like this. an ipad can't run the complex programs which laptops can, so no they are not “basically” a laptop. they are still great, I love my ipad, but you just sound jealous.

The camera cover will potentially damage your screen btw Apple said it so themselves so I wld suggest taking that off.

As for those tiny webcam covers - Apple doesn't recommend them because you can get the screen glass broken when you close the lid.

iPads are good for notes, reading, watching UA-cam. But if you’re running any sort of software for uni or work, well, good luck.
