Been going to Princess Di's for 5 years and go every time we are over. We was even there during covid when they only had the terrace.
They will be back bigger and stronger than before.

Hi Rick and Shelley, it’s a real shame Princess Di’s had to close especially with the other businesses being affected, everything takes so long to get sorted in Tenerife, the couple are amazing putting safety first and moving to another bar to keep their staff in work, good luck to them in the future

If my memory is right, I’m sure a similar thing happened behind Tramps in Starco a few years back & the whole complex was closed for a while.
Plus there was the roof collapsing in the nightclub down by Sal YTien centre a while back.
Maybe as you said, the buildings are all hitting a certain age.

I think the pair of you would stand a great chance of making a huge success if you took a bar on, saying that i understand your choice, maybe having to commit more hours etc than you now want too. But a partnership of entertainer and vocalist with your followings would bring in the crowds

I heard today in the papers some coastal spots were introducing a tourist tax,some holiday makers cancelling hotels for other alternative accommodation. Locals marking villas not owned by residents. An influx of Germans buying land & property. but as you say its scaremongering for headlines clickbait. It's a Scottish anomaly lol.

Screw those drawer fronts on Rick, glue not enough obviously 😂. I am always afraid of balconies worry they might collapse, (I have a fear of heights and edges) British builders 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and UK regulations. Such a shame for the owners, hope it gets sorted quickly for them. They sound lovely owners.
