You forgot to mention the gang shootings. Last 2 years, several on Burke Mountain, at least one on Westwood Plateau, multiple near Coquitlam Center. Gang shooting at Cactus Club is almost a meme among residents here. Also, drivers are terrible, matching that of Richmond. They don't understand the concept of stopping at red before turning right, so there has been several hit & run on pedestrians this year alone, and to my knowledge none of them have been caught.
Lived here 2015-17, in a condo on Glen Drive. Great memories there. Loved the town swimming pool, the big mall(also the small Henderson mall) and the Lafarge lake park. Heard news of Canada's current situation, very sad and I hope Coquitlam isn't affected.

Only problem is its soo car dependent outside the skytrain area
