خلال زيارتي لمركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء ولقاء فريق العمل، اعتمدنا إطلاق القمر الاصطناعي "محمد بن زايد - سات" في أكتوبر المقبل ... فخورون بأن يحمل هذا القمر الأكثر تطوراً على مستوى المنطقة اسم رئيس دولتنا وصانع أمجادنا، وفخورون بأن تطويره تم على يد فريق من المهندسين الإماراتيين ... شكراً لتلك السواعد والعقول ... شكراً لمن يحمل طموحاتنا إلى فضاءات لا تعرف المستحيل

During my visit to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, I met the centre’s team and approved the impending launch of MBZ-SAT in October. The region’s most advanced satellite has been named in honour of our nation’s leader whose vision is driving the UAE’s rise as a major player in the space sector. We are proud that the satellite was built by a team of Emirati engineers and we thank the bright minds behind these great achievements that are turning our ambitions into reality.
