This video totally made me stop by my Lowe’s on the way home from work tonight. The planter has 3 plants like yours. I will divide as well. Have you done this in years past? How many years does it take for these to mature?
Lol glad I could be an encourager! I've done this with many plants over the years. Other ornamental grasses as well but this may be the first time with muhlenbergia. Plants are still doing well. They should take off next spring.

I wanted to see how to transplant them ... if you put the soil above the plant ball. The camera never showed this.
Sorry! I always leave the crown of the root system at the top of the container. I don't like covering that due to potential rot issues.
it would be helpful to have the camera positioned to see how you are potting them, watering, etc. Instead we just see the tops of the grass.
