I'm a fellow automotive locksmith and I have a customer with an all keys lost 2006 cbr 1000. It seems the key has to be programmed. What machine do you use? Or does the key not have to be programmed? Also, using the lishi reader would be a lot easier on those motorcycle locks no?
I'm currently trying to replace the gas tank lock on my Ninja ZX6R. Unfortunately, it is stuck in the lock position. Is there any way I can remove it without having to drill through it? Thanks!
Like your vids. Small production tip... tell the persons gabbing in the background to maybe "lock their mouths and throw away the key" while you are shooting until the director yells "Cut. It's a wrap".
He's not gonna tell the sales reps on the showroom floor to shut thier mouths just so you don't have to hear a little background noise... This man produces nothing but top notch infomrmative videos just to offer help and who are you anyway. Ron Hdoward?
Without the key it probably isn’t in his workshop. He has no control of those other people and is at their mercy for whether or not he can record a video at all.
Honda bikes since 2000, has the H.I.S.S. Keylock, i lost my key and the key has an chip said honda, tried also picking but the motor doesn’t starts. It’s programmed like a car
Hi Mr. Locksmith I'm from Victoria and I recently call for a service to do a transponder key for my yamaha r6 2005. but no one in your department is capable to do the job or at list everyone that I call said. no if is has a chip in can't help you I currently own a mechanical key so I'm able to turn on the ignition. but the won't start do to the chip the dealer wants $ 2600 to do the job honestly that's half price of my bike I call Toronto and no. they all said we don't have the technology to do that or one said I don't think there is anybody in Canada that can help you. can you believe it Anyway if you can help it would be good for business and you will make history in the Canadian locksmith industry. thanks.
Wow $2600!!! Most motorcylces with transponder chips are proprietary to the manufacturer and difficult for us to get the programming software. Also, very low demand. I am going to a Locksmith Conference in May 2017 and I will see what we can do. So far we can only do a few Motorcycle models with Transponder chips. Email me "terry at mrlocksmith dot com and lets see if we can figure this out. Thanks
Dude. Get a Jerry can with fuel. Take the cap off with alan keys. Fill up and replace with alan keys. You can also order a new aftermarket gas cap that doesnt have a key lock.

I've never seen a transponder on a Honda, here in the USA. Only on the newest Hondas
H.I.S.S. You c you see it right down and add the ignition

Pick the lock cyl to open the cap and remove the remaining allen bolts that you didn't have access to before
@@bradt9350 He very well may have the key, since he said it was stuck. If it’s stuck even with the key then I don’t think picking will help much. :(
