Context:
Mondo and Leon had begun to argue, Leon most likely forgetting he could be thrown at any given moment but he was more concerned about Mondo ripping his scarf. Then Monoqi appeared, seeming confused by the ruckus but told everyone they had a announcement for them, so Mondo dropped Leon who barley caught his balance. Monoqi then explained the collars were for the next motive, everyone was shocked the motive was so soon but Monoqi explained "murder is better sooner then never" which no one besides themselves seemed to agree with... Monoqi then said every hour someone would randomly get picked to be shocked, no order or anything, it was completely random and every 2 shocks it would get stronger and stronger until someone killed or until someone died from the voltage, which everyone seemed to be concerned about
