Hello Mr Maveric Can you please help me here, did you say the pump is 60psi and 5.5gpm? and teejet nozzle tips 40psi? if thus the case and one wants to increase the number of nozzles say to 6, what to consider when buying the pump, more psi pump or flowrate? Thank in advance for your response
I would guess I have the pump set to about 60psi, it’s just a screw and I didn’t put the gauge on it to test it… so that’s just a guess - these tips have different ratings based on how much pressure you apply to them I believe (it’s been a few months now so I could be wrong) these tips were rated for 0.4gpm at 40psi, so probably about 0.5gpm at 60psi … so between the 4 tips, I’m only using 2gpm … my pump is way oversized but it was similarly priced to the 3gpm pump so I just went bigger … but this set up would certainly handle 6 tips, probably even 8 comfortably !

@UpstateMaveric does the pump turn on and off as it builds pressure or does it hsve some sort of bypass
