I think you’re so right with how we have it in us that we need to clear our plates. I remember watching Paul McKenna once and he blindfolded the people and said to stop eating when they felt full . When they removed the blindfolds there was still a reasonable amount of food on their plates so it goes to show how we can easily over eat . After you mentioned the walking pad I thought what a great idea so I’m on the case to find a reasonably priced one . At least going to Krakow will be easier to stay on track compared to a cruise. You’ve definitely got the right get up and go attitude to enjoying life. Keep up the good work 🥰xx

The times ive lost and gained over the years you can imagine as we all do it..the dreaded yoyo. but as my GP once said..if you lose,,then gain, youre back to where you were, thats true, but if you dont lose in between, you can imagine how you would just keep going up and up. So they said although its not ideal to keep gaining, its the keep on trying that counts and so im sure most of us who are in the same position understand completely and will be trying along side you and therefore we will be looking forward to weekly weigh in updateshere on youtube, so we can all try together. If you encourage and inspire just one person to get healthier then its a good thing. I wish you all the luck in the world Bec..you got this girlie xxx

Hi Bec, so glad to see you back on the weight loss adventure 😂. I followed you when you were on your last weight loss journey then you kind of went on another adventure 😊 Bec, I have lost the plot with weight loss motivation and I am so glad you are back. I think you and I are alike as in we love food and we gain so much more quickly than others with a faster metabolism which can be disheartening. I have always been overweight and been classed in the obese range for about 50 years,I will be 74 in September this year. I need a new knee, possibly 2 but I need to get my BMI down before I am accepted for surgery. I was put on the waiting list as I got my BMI down to the accepted level but then I had a couple of bereavements in the family and just put myself on the back burner as I was full of grief and food and a wee whisky ( I am Scottish ☺️) or three was my comfort which has crept my weight up to 17st 4lb ands I am only 5ft 2ins and above the BMI again. I live on sandwiches and M&S meals which is fine but then I snack at night with crisps etc. I cook for my husband but I just chuck a ready meal in the microwave for myself. I am doing nutracheck too which works amazingly for me, If I follow it properly. I have set my calorie allowance to 1.5 a week and I have proved to myself if I stick to my calories for my weight height etc it works. Looking forward to your future vlogs no matter what content ❤ xx
