Hi Addie, thank you for sharing your beautiful wips. I love your pink shawl, it's a beautiful design. The jumper you are wearing looks lovely on you. The blue socks you are knitting are gorgeous. I'm still knitting my very 1st sock and I'm at the heel flap part. I would like to knit another 4 pairs this year and a few cowls. Your daughter looks really pretty in her dress. Take care 😊
Thank you for watching! Your project plans sound great, i'm yet to knit any cowls but i think i could definitely use one in my hand knit wardrobe. Hope all your sock knitting goes well. Ah thank you, but that wasnt my daughter, just the model for the festival dress. x
I am with you on the Creabea pattern obsession lol I knit 3 of her designs last year and this year I’m also planning on doing the Daft Days cardigan as well as the Corran and Kerr. I really like your colors for the Alder. Can’t wait to see how it turns out! 😊
Amazing! which ones did you knit last year? I've been eyeing up the rhue sweater shes got in testing at the moment, also the tydes sweater pattern shes working on too as other designs to knit this year. Thank you, hopefully i can get on with sorting out my guage/sizing issues this week!
Last year I knit the Dornie, the Stick Season sweater, and the Cargill (maybe my all-time favorite knit but don’t think I’ve got the heart to make another). Yesss the Rhue looks so cool! I really like the color work on that one. Might make it on to my list once it’s out 😅 Good luck on the gauge swatching!
Hi. I think I might join you in the quest for more socks for myself 😊 I only have a couple of pairs but absolutely love them, would like to make some more. And I'd also like to knit more for my partner, I think he would really like the hoodie you made for your husband. What pattern did you use? Thank you for another lovely podcast!
YES! always happy to have people come along on my sock journey. i didnt use a pattern for the hoodie, i have written up some notes on the ones i knit up for my husband previously so i could look into writing up an actual pattern for it once ive knit up the replacement one and got some yardage info if thats something others would be interested in. sorry i can be much more help.
