Hi Lisa, yes, you can make it 2 days ahead. 1 day after you make the jello and it becomes solidify, then use saran wrap to cover the top of the tray and keep it refrigerate and cut the jello on the day of the event. It still taste the same.
Mine is not turning out like yours. Am I doing something wrong? For mine, the top layer is thicker than the bottom layer. The bottom layer is very very thin.
Thank you so much for the video. I’ve managed to fail each time with other UA-cam videos for the separation of the layers. However, this time around I was able to make it perfectly! Will continue to use this method.
Update. The first time I made it, I immediately put the tray in Fridge. I only had one layer. The second time, I let it sit at room temp for 1 hour and then I put it in the fridge. This time, I had two beautiful split layers!
Thank you, Mee, for an easy recipe. I love your videos, and love your English & Hmong translation. You are very through and very talented! I was able to make this for a wedding this past weekend and everyone loved them! ❤

How many grams is the agar powder?
Hi Chia, I don't measure by grams and don't know the weight but just use the whole package like in this video.
Do I have to use the egg?
Yes, my recipe calls for the egg. Ifyou don't like egg, you an omit but it would change the taste a bit.
Hi, my layers are uneven. What am I doing wrong?

Speak8ng 9n 2 languages is not convenient. It takes much time. Better to speak in one language and subtitle it in another.
Yes, I've learned that and only speaking in English now for my cooking tutorial videos.
I agree. Video was tooo long
