The military and the police have a hand in the mayhem in the South - East. They use different kinetic measures against the Igbos than they use in the North. The security forces don't terrorize the communities in the North the way they do in the East even when the security forces are killed more there. So, they should go to the East to do their security jobs and not mounting security check points to collect bribes or ambushing innocent citizens who are already suffering from the stranglehood of Simon Ekpa. Deal with the criminal elements and not the whole of the South -East.
