A comparison between this chair and a Jazzy Air 2.....differences/advantages/disadvantages, would be helpful.

Thank you for this demo, Medicaid or Medicare is supplying me with this unit. I'll find out more about it when they deliver it, like the weight of the seat, etc..

Size of motors (watts)? Battery voltage? Ground clearance at lowest point? Can different tires be used that has a wider tread? Thanks to anyone who may supply answers.

Just for future reference, in the description box under the video, there is a link on our videos to the unit being reviewed. When you look at the website under the photos of the unit click the "Specifications" tab, you will find some info you are looking for. The ground clearance is 3" at the motor bracket. Different tires cannot be used on the unit, these are the only one Pride has came out with for this particular unit. The battery voltage of the Li battery is 25V and the SLA batteries are two 12V 35A batteries. The wattage of the motors on this unit are 300W. Hope this answers all your questions and if you have others, feel free to ask.

    Is the headrest removable?

Would you happen know what the overall width would be for the 16" wide seat with the armrests pulled all the way in? We have doors as narrow as 23" wide and are looking for something that can fit through that.

The 16" seat would allow the arms to come in to around 22 inches. The base of the unit is 22" so there isn't a way to get any smaller than that.
