Fiverr or anyone with graphics design skills $5-$10 per thumbnail. Please, invest $100 USD on thumbnails to see if it changes anything. Big UA-camrs like Mr. Beast and others spend 10s of thousands on thumbnails alone. Mr. Beast told in a podcast, he first makes the thumbnail, then the video.
