    That's called an asymmetric stance. 😊 Also men and women have their centre of gravity in different places as men are often top heavy and women generally carry more weight in hips and thighs.

      But we have often have a lot.ofnextra weight on the chest

      @@anonblonde this is true, muscle though is smaller and weighs more than fat. Men will in general even at he same height weight more and some of that is muscle weight. If a woman has exceptionally large breasts, it can often cause issues.

    This was not useful information for a new massage therapist. She actually did not say much except to stand parallel to the client. Also if your going to give a body mechanic video it would be a nice touch if you would stand correctly.
