That's because it's Post-Punk and people don't know every single genre's name so they say whatever band sounds like it... or you and I are just over thinking and it actually does sound like Joy Division. In the end, all I can say is, I enjoyed this song.

Ja Disciplinu nikad nisam mogao da slusam( pesmu tu i tamo, ceo album nikako) ali kako je on "otvorio oci" Boyama i Obojenom je meni nesto najdraze od muzike sa ovih prostora. Znaci, sto bi se reklo, svakom svoje ;)
lol .. there's a zillion other bands that sound more like Joy Division... and even they are not necessarily influenced by Joy Division (which might have been influenced by something else). I've heard a 1000 different sounding bands in the New Wave Yugoslavian scene. Šarlo sounds a lot like Grauzone at times, but Šarlo never sounds the same. Yugoslav New Wave / Electro scene was unique and the sheer amount of quality is astounding. But you can keep telling yourself that everything good is a copy of something you personally identify with... based on nationality most likely. Pffff :)))

you can tell where this band got its influences from Joy Division and I think "no doubt" might have had a few of their albums
