Samantha Fox - I Only Wanna Be With You (Care To Dance Edit)

Samantha Fox's upbeat cover of Dusty Springfield's 1964 classic single became a Top 20 chart hit in the UK, France, the Netherlands, Australia and Austria following its release in late 1988/early 1989. The track was one of two produced by Stock Aitken Waterman for the model/singer's "I Wanna Have Some Fun" album. Here's my extended edit, based on the original mixes by Phil Harding & Ian Curnow...

Oh yes, I loathed the house mix! There was an actual extended version, but only on the Dutch CD single. I found it for really much money on eBay, but then came the Cherry Pop album rereleases which also feature the proper extended version.
