I think I was the one to ask you that question about Silver Bells haha. I did not add that one to my club. I was tempted but my club is getting out of control so I need to calm down on adding more bars. Cashmere & Corduroy is nice. I warmed it & it was a good performer. Hoping it returns next season. I have not tried Pink Coconut yet. I have a tester cup that I got in a whiff box. I think I might warm it this upcoming week sometime. I'm warming Blueberry Pancakes right now. One of my top favorite scents from Scentsy. It's so delicious 😋
That’s right Stacey I remember you asking that. Ultimately we’re all just guessing what won’t come back based on little clues we see & past practice but we don’t know. I put Silver Bells in my club for now but before it ships I have to drop several & that might be one. We can’t have everything. I’d be shocked if Cashmere & Corduroy didn’t return - it’s very popular & relatively new. I think it’s safe. I just warmed my last bar of Blueberry Pancakes. I had a whole stack of bars so I took it out of my club. Somehow I warmed through all of them. It’s a very cozy scent!
I don’t have issues with bricks smelling any different either! It’s literally the same wax they use to pour both 😹 but people always say it. I think maybe it’s cuz they’re using a different amount than when they use a bar and sometimes more or less will change the strength. That’s all I can think of! I just got a luna brick too and now you made me want to use it today 😹
You’re probably right Lisa. If we cut our own chunks in the brick we might be using less than we realize compared to the pre-measured cubes in a bar. They do hand pour the bricks & I sort of envisioned them putting down the pitcher for a minute & having the oils settle a bit so the top half of the pitcher pours weaker? Most of my bricks do well strength wise the only dud I’ve ever had was Black Raspberry Vanilla. My Luna brick is performing great!
@@lindah_home_and_scents I’m gonna bust out the Luna brick tonight and I’ll let you know! I definitely think it’s to do with the size of cubes people use cuz the pitcher they use is smaller so they only pour a couple before they have to refill! I’ll snag a black raspberry next club and test her out too!!
I think we need a blind test of simply vanilla vs vanilla cream 😂 would be very interesting! I have decided to rank my bars when I get a club shipment and remove what are the bottom of the rankings. If they are that low compared to the others I do not need them in my club. Club just processed and I am going to remove the bottom 4 when I get the order. Always enjoy your videos Linda! Thank you so much John! What a great idea to rank & eliminate. I have a limit in my head for my club. As it creeps up past that I’m going to try the ranking system. I’ve discovered that often when I decide to remove a bar from my club I really don’t miss it in the end especially if it’s just a “yes-it’s-good-but-just-not-great” bar. You’re on to something with the blind test idea. I might enlist someone to put both scents in separate warmers (I have two Alabaster warmers) & then compare without knowing which is which. I can report back in a ‘what I’ve been warming’ video. I have both in my club it might help me decide if I need both.
I put 2 cubes of Pink Coconut in my element warmer in my bedroom and closed the door.
A couple of hours later in my kitchen (main level of 2 storey) I could smell it. I couldn’t believe it - went upstairs and sure enough the bedroom door had been opened. Unfortunately just not a fan of the scent itself.
Wow I’m shocked Kerry. My warming was the exact opposite - it was very light. I wonder if different pours produced different strengths. I’m with you on scent appeal. I maybe would have liked it more with if it had more coconut & raspberry. I’m not a big fan of dusty sand scents. I smelled that same note in Sand Swept.
@@lindah_home_and_scents yes I was shocked after listening to everyone’s reviews on how light it was! I will save it for summer and warm it in my open concept - maybe someone in the meantime will come up with a great mix so I can tolerate that dusty note better.
I like pink coconut. It’s not club worthy for me but I liked it in my bedroom. I think I used 3 or 4 cubes. I can’t remember between two warmers.
I am not a fan of Pineapple Rose but two of my friends really like it. I get a very strong Rose scent
I did an inventory of my wax a couple of days ago. I have a lot 😳 most of it I really like. I’ve decided I’ll probably pass on these two SOTMs. As I mentioned Pink Coconut was not a good performer for me & I’m warming Pineapple Rose again - in my family room this time. Too much rose for me too I think. Another SOTM will come along that will be a favourite 🤷♀️
I'm with you in the minority with Pink Coconut. I like it on cold sniff well enough, although it reminds me very much of Sugar or Pink Haze so it doesn't come off as unique. But on warm, it doesn't perform at all. I've split a bar across 3 warmers in my BR and didn't get anything. I'm not as generous as you in giving bars a second chance. Haha! I have another bar to use up and won't re-order. I have too many other choices of TNT (tried and true) good performing bars I love.
Excellent point about tried & true Debbie. I’m having second thoughts about hauling a second bar. Some people are saying they’re fresh pours & it’s best to sit on them. SOTM are usually available for several months so it gives you time to do that. I think that’s a good idea …but I’m not sure I want to bother.
I was never a fan of feeling punchy either glad I’m not the only odd one out

I haven’t tried the new sotms so can’t comment but I’m team Cinnamon Pinecones that was one of my favorite sotm in a long time!

I got an ashy note with pink coconut. Pineapple rose was awesome... boomer in an open layout and smells oh so cozy
Christina …ashy..yes! I thought dusty but it’s the same thing. Glad it’s not just me. I’m warming a single cube of Pineapple Rose in my bathroom right now. I can smell both - pineapple & rose. It’s not too strong but then again it’s only one cube. I’ll try some in my living room. I’m not much for rose scents but “cozy” is my favourite thing so I’ll try it!
@@lindah_home_and_scents my 21 year old daughter came home and actually said, "oh it smells so cozy in here" when I was warming the pineapple rose. Maybe that's why I said cozy. Lol.
Last weekend I did french lavender and sugar cookie .5:.5... very nice.
@@allthingswax well that’s something! When a 21 year old comments it’s note worthy! I’m waiting until the Epcot bars are offered - hoping I can get some French Lavender then. That combo sounds lovely I’ve jotted it down in my Scentsy recipe book!
Have you tried the Easter ones yet? I love the purple one sooooo much!!!
I’ve hauled two bundles but haven’t warmed them yet. I’m saving one set for my Sip & Sniff in March but I need to break into the other set. It’s just been so snowy here I haven’t been feeling ‘springy’ enough. I liked them all on cold sniff though!
I loaded up my warmers with Pink Coconut since we had eight bars in our SOTM kit. It was ok the first time we warmed it. I got somewhat of a smoky smell off and on on the second day and all the third day. I warmed it again recently and enjoyed it much better for some reason. I guess my nose adjusted to it lol.
Interesting I sort of smelled that too not so much smoky but dusty …like ashes. I didn’t load my warmers & maybe that’s why the scent didn’t throw. I’ll give it another try maybe I’ll appreciate it more the second time!
For pink coconut I put 2 cubes each in three warmers in my bedroom and 2 cubes in my bathroom, so that was the whole bar, and I got pretty good performance from it. I think I might put it in my club. I also didn’t like Pineapple Rose on cold but I didn’t mind it warming!
Thanks Molly I’ll try that. I only used 4 cubes - 2 in each warmer. I’ll definitely try it again with more wax. I’ll do a whole bar in my family room that’ll be a good test. I’ve just put a cube of Pineapple Rose in my bathroom mini warmer. It’s not horrible but I’m not sure I could do a whole room. I’ll try it though maybe my bedroom 😬
I ordered the Pink Cotton because a customer did. I didn’t like it on cold at all… so I put it in the sell pile. 🤷♀️
So many others are having great success with it & loving it 🤷♀️ I thought perhaps my sample cup was just a dud so I wanted to try a bar. So I did …but I’m just not smelling what everyone else is. Third times the charm? Or maybe I should just leave the bars for others to buy. I love your take - when you know you know…no messing around.
@@lindah_home_and_scents I don’t mess around lol… If I don’t like a bar on cold sniff, It usually goes up for sale. If I’m not sure, I will give it go and give samples out. Otherwise they go up for sale, I do a few small vendor shows a year.
Fluffy fleece grew on me this winter!
I never cared for it until I used it in laundry. Used up the rest of the only bar i ever had of it and Now I like it so much I’ve put a bar in my club. 😮
I love Fluffy Fleece in laundry too! It’s funny how a scent can win you over. I’ll definitely order bars next winter if it returns. I would love to try warming it in early summer when you can have the windows open. It would be a great spring clean “freshen up the house” warm. 🌸

I was so tickled over apple & cinnamon sticks reminding you of Campbell tomato soup. I loved that soup with a grilled sandwich when I was a kid! But I know what you mean. I’ll miss you not warming cookies for santa. I always think of you with that bar because you loved it!
Chat away, don’t worry about a lengthy video. I always like to know the details and chatty thoughts about the wax someone was warming in their home. Most people do! Tfs
lol you & my brothers loved tomato soup! And they claimed if it wasn’t Campbells it wasn’t as good. We always had ours with grilled cheese too❣️I think there’s an ever so slight tomato-y molasses note in Apples & Cinnamon Stick. At least to my nose. The Cookies For Santa bars will soon be gone & I doubt we’ll ever see it again because I’m probably one of the few people who liked it 🤣🤣🤣 I appreciate your comment it made me smile 🤗💛
Enjoyed this, thanks for sharing. I melted my whiff-box sample of Pink Coconut half of the sample per warm in my hall bath (etched core mini). I really enjoyed it and it lasted quite a few days. I ordered a bar but haven't warmed it yet and it's in my club. It lightens the air and makes it fresh. I just took Pink Haze out of my club because while I enjoy the scent, it's heavier on the air (I'm not sure it was the right choice to un-club it). I'll start with one cube in the mini with Pink Coconut and may add another half cube if I feel it needs it to replicate the sample experience.
You inspired me to try Cranberry Muffin. I kind of like the perfumy smell.
Thanks Barb❣️I am going to haul another bar of Pink Coconut to try again. So many others have had great success with it. I like the idea that it can “lighten the air & make it fresh” - I’d love that! I think I’m going to keep my Cranberry Muffin bars for warming in rooms other than my kitchen. I think it’s the notion of it being just bakery what is messing with my nose. That perfume note might be better warmed in my main living space. I’ll try it & report back in my next ‘what I’ve been warming’ video. I might stick it back in my club until I experiment a bit.
I also am not a fan of pineapple, and with rose scents, I can take them or leave them. So when I smelled Pineapple Rose on cold I was not impressed. However, it bloomed on warm. I can't even describe the scents when warming, it was just a very pleasant smell. Definitely give it a try and let us know your thoughts!
Yes I will Jana. I warmed one cube in my bathroom mini warmer it performed well. Only lasted a day though. It was pleasant in there. I have 7 cubes left so I plan to warm it in my living room & will test the scent, strength & longevity. I’m hearing good things in the comments so 🤞🏻
Pink coconut was 3 cube warm it performed better for me with 3 cubes
Good to know Lisa❣️I warmed this in my bedroom & sometimes scents do better for me when I use more cubes. Melissa H swears by the 4 cubes per warmer in her bedroom. She says it lasts longer too. I’m just not sure the scent notes are translating for my nose. I smell no coconut & just a tiny hint of berry. I mainly smell the dusty sand. I might haul another bar & sit on it a month or two🤷♀️
So glad I never picked up the Feelin' Punchy bathroom cleaner, yikes! 😬 When you first described Fried Ice Cream and mentioned sweet grease I was like like nope, not even going to try it but I caved in my Last Chance order because I'm so curious to smell it... I'm a bit scared 😂 My first go at Cranberry Muffin, I got that same strange perfumy Cranberry note but it was a super fresh pour, less than a month old. I took it out of my club then put it back because I really want to see how it ages, I'm not quite ready to give up on it just yet. Cashmere & Corduroy is such a fantastic 'whole house' bar. There isn't anywhere I've tried it that it hasn't done amazingly well, definitely a club bar! 🥰 Pink Coconut actually did really well for me in my room (4 cubes) I was honestly surprised because so many are having performance issues with that one. I really like it and picked up a couple more bars, I'm interested to see how it ages. Awesome empties my friend, I always love to see a video pop up from you. Have a great weekend! ❤
Pink coconut does well for me too. When I use it upstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms it's definitely noticeable and lasts days. In my semi open concept it lasts a solid day and isn't overpowering but definitely there

@@BarsBrickswithBrandi to be honest I think it's gotten a little stronger even just over the last three weeks. I've also been loving pineapple rose and green tea smoothie.....green tea smoothie is one I hear everyone say performs well for them and I struggle with that one but I absolutely loooooove it on cold

It didn’t throw well for me I’ll be interested to hear how it does for you. I put Cranberry Muffin back in my club. I’ve decided I was thinking about it as strictly a bakery bar & that maybe I’ll appreciate it more if I don’t limit it to my kitchen. It also might age well so I’ll give it time. I’m going to haul another bar of Pink Coconut & let it sit a bit. I want to smell the raspberry & coconut but I only get dusty sand …very light dusty sand 🤷♀️ Happy Friday my friend 🤗❤️

Apple S’mores- I totally sympathize! I have 4 cubes I’m nursing. We’ve warmed many of the same bars recently! Just yesterday I mixed Midnight Fig with Winterberry Apple Tea and it was fabulous!! Then Apple & Cinn Sticks in alt warmers with Bright Cider and that was so so good. I looooove Cinn Pinecones too!! I warmed it with Homestead Holiday last week and it was wonderful in here 🥳 I do have Pink Coconut, but it was poured on 1/3/23 so I’m waiting till April before I try it. I know it sounds like a long time, but nothing performs well in my home till it’s a minimum of 3 months old. I can say on cold its definitely developed in the month it’s been sitting here so I’m hopeful! This was fun to watch, thanks so much for sharing!
Wow Kara we did warm a lot of the same scents! I’m definitely jotting down some of your combos - Midnight Fig & Winterberry Apple Tea…great idea!! I hope we get to vote back Apple S’Mores sometime soon. Maybe that’s the trick for Pink Coconut hold on to it for a while. It was so light for me. Several others have said they loaded up their warmers. It might just be one of those that need extra cubes 🤷♀️ I’m not sure I’m going to love it enough for that. If I haul another one I’ll try your method - sit on it for a bit.
I get decent performance from Pink Coconut 🥥. Not sure if it’s a club scent but I like it. It reminds me of pink sands from yankee
Do you warm it in your open concept Angie? I am not getting any pink or coconut just a sort of dusty smell. I’m clearly in the minority. I feel like I’m missing out 😩
@@lindah_home_and_scents I’m warming in my bedroom. I don’t think it would work in my open concept. It’s probably a medium for me and seems to last awhile.
Really like pineapple rose in my bathroom! I’m not a rose scent lover either but I thought it was well done / blended. Def more of a summer warm for me tho. 🍍 💛🌹
I’m just trying it in my bathroom today Heidi. One cube in a mini. I can smell the pineapple I can smell the rose. It’s a bit of an odd combination for me but you make a good point. It might be a scent I’ll appreciate more in the summer. 🍍🌹🤷♀️

Ok my experience with pink coconut was first in my bathroom so one cube in mini warmer, one cube in element. I thought it was nice! Then I put one cube in one of my boys rooms in a mid size warmer and it did well in there too. I couldn’t put my finger on it at first but it really reminded me of joy and wonder- but like a summer version. A brighter version. I love J & W and don’t have in my club. I do have a stockpile of it tho bc I love it that much. I’ll play around w PC some more in other areas but for now it works for me. And if I think it could be a good replacement for J & W I’ll Club it since eventually I’ll be out of my bars. 💗 PC is not a love for me but a strong like.
I liked Joy & Wonder too Heidi. I didn’t club that one because I didn’t appreciate it until it was gone. I hauled bars from clearance or a flash sale. That had raspberry, current & cinnamon I think. I wished I could smell that in Pink Coconut. Your experience with PC seems to the norm. Everyone has given a positive review so far. I’ll try it again. I’d like to smell the raspberry & coconut instead of the dusty clay.

Great video Linda! I’m a little afraid of a Pink Coconut…., seems more people get the clay note than those that don’t. I enjoyed hearing about all you’ve gone through, some of my favorites in there. I’m also curious why Vanilla Oud wasn’t available for voting and Vanilla Suede was, they should be on the same schedule, right🤷🏼♀️? I think Scentsy claims there is a process, but not so sure🤔. I agree my friend - where was Vanilla Oud?!! I hope it makes it onto the next voting roster. I’m not sure about Pink Coconut. There seems to be two camps on this one 👍🏻 or 👎. I’m trying to decide if I should give it one more chance to impress me. I only smell the dusty sand with a slight edge of fruit & it’s quite light. So I am in the minority who believes Scentsy pours these fresh so my SOTM bars go in a drawer and I won’t melt these for a month or two. I see so many saying they’re light but I don’t want to waste it. Pink Coconut I will try in May when it’s getting warm and I can still add to club if I like it.

I did four cubes in my bedroom of pink coconut and I’m loving it! Also got a scent circle in it and that’s been holding it’s own in my car! As for pineapple rose I have yet to warm that (also scared) lol
Thanks Emma I’ll try it again. I might have to bump up the cubes. Maybe it’s a scent my nose doesn’t pick up because it seems to be performing for a lot of people. I’ve just started warming Pineapple Rose - one cube in a bathroom mini. Not awful but I’m not sure it’s a scent for me. I can smell both equally - pineapple & rose. A bit weird.
I may ditch St Snickerdoodle too Linda. I loved it, but in my most recent warming it had a funny note at the end of the day. Almost a cider/sour note. I have to ponder. I also loved Green Tea Smoothie the first two warms and have it going today and it’s sooo astringent/sharp smelling. I know you didn’t talk about that
one, but now I’m wondering if my sniffer is having a weird week lol I am so jealous you have Almond Croissant. I gambled and took it out…clearly I lost that game!
I liked St Snickerdoodle more the first few times I warmed it too. Now I get the cidery smell & a slightly sharp note that I thought was the icing sugar. Not as keen on it now. As for Green Tea Smoothie 🤣 in one of my previous videos I mentioned that my hubby thought it smelled like compost - fruity mush with bits of veg, tea bags all stewing together. My sniffer would agree with your sniffer on that one. I almost gambled with Almond Croissant too Amy. I thought for sure it would come back but I wanted to warm it all summer so I put it in my club. Thank goodness I did. Scentsy pulled a fast one on us with that & Apple Butter Frosting 😳

I haven’t really been able to try sotm much yet. I am hoping to snag some bars once my giant double club ships….. then my goal is sotm to try. 😊 the tester cup in pink coconut was ok but those never give me a true feel for it.
I’ll be curious to hear what you think of it Melissa. Everyone is having much better luck with it than I am. I’m going to try one more bar. I could smell nothing when I warmed the tester cup & almost nothing in my bedroom with 2 cubes in two warmers. I just got a dusty sand smell with a hint of fruit. Sadly no coconut. My bedroom can be challenging sometimes unless I do the 4 cube per warmer method you recommend. Might just be a scent my nose doesn’t register.
I need to load up on the Harry Potter bars because I love all of them. Melting the same one in guest bathroom currently and love it. Great reviews Linda. Always love watching your thoughts ❤

I’m one of the few who actually like Feelin’ Punchy in the bar so I’m curious as to what I would have thought of the bathroom cleaner but I never tried it. I can’t remember, did you like it in the wax?
I wasn’t that impressed with any of the summer collection except for Kukui & Coconut which I really liked. But I didn’t hate the rest I just thought they smelled similar to scents we already had that were better. I thought Feelin Punchy smelled like a generic fruit punch not unpleasant just not special. That’s why I grabbed the bathroom cleaner in a flash sale I thought “fruit punch that will work”. Something about the cleaner note mixed with fruit punch. Honestly it smelled like up chuck to my nose but I haven’t heard anyone else complain about it.
Not a fan of January or February SOTM. March is a different story.
I’m keen to try the March SOTM! I didn’t order the consultants kit but I’ll get a couple of bars March 1st!
