Since 2000, accomplished teacher and healer Alx Uttermann has been conducting healing workshops and trainings in a wide array of healing techniques and spiritual knowledge from ancient India. From Singapore to California, she’s facilitated hundreds of workshops, classes, satsangs, ceremonies & other healing events - creating hundreds of skilled healers to help bring more light into the world.
Over many years of intensive study at Sri Kaleshwar’s Soul University in Penukonda, South India (five years in residence), Alx gained an in-depth understanding of the stresses facing human beings, and the spiritual medicine - especially the miracles! - that dissolves them. Since returning to the US in 2005, Alx’ work sharing these medicinal techniques has continued non-stop, culminating in the co-founding of UCBK (The Universal Church of Baba’s Kitchen) with colleague Jonathan D. Rosen in 2008. UCBK, originally based in the Santa Cruz mountains of California but now operating in Los Angeles and San Diego, is a meditation, charitable, healing, and spiritual center, open to anyone of any faith, path, religion, or none.
Her on-going research and expertise lie in effectively healing the underlying root of suffering, as well as the many symptoms of suffering (such as depression, anxiety, chronic health problems, heartbreak, grief, PTSD, anger issues and addictions). Over the years, her spiritual passion has crystallized in the area of empowering women, first to heal themselves, then to strengthen their own connection to divine power, and to become extraordinary healers.
Alx’ passion, wisdom, humor, patience & command of spiritual knowledge is contagious. Her goal is to spread the light far & wide, to help bring relief, peace of mind, inspiration and miraculous healing to whomever is in need. Through UCBK in LA (and online), she offers regular bi-monthly healing fire ceremonies, weekly satsangs, and weekend healing/meditation workshops. All of the dazzling knowledge & spiritual healing techniques she utilizes and shares comes straight from the teachings of ancient India, restored to the world by Sri Kaleshwar & the universal lineage of ascended masters he represents, including Shirdi Sai Baba, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Adi Shankaracharya, Mahavatar Babaji, Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, and others.
Alx has been known to publish and perform poetry, blog about spirituality, lead spiritual tours to Southern France and India, play music (pianist), and spend time at home with the love of her life and two divine cats.

Alx is a very good teacher. I met her and Johnathan in Singapore and learnt of Swami Kaleshwar from them. Went to India too and experienced a few miracles from Swami. The practices are hard work, and you need a strong discipline. Energies in the temple is super high.

Wow! This was meant for me as well! Raised in a Catholic church and school, disliking it, but Jesus was my best friend. As a kid, wanting to be like Jesus. Fast fwd 52 years, Reiki Master Teacher, helping people with their healing. 40 yrs as a CNA and currently, in hospice and taking care of the sick, dying and assisting their crossing over. I'm meant to do more and learn. After asking for guidance from Source, this video popped up. I definitely will connect with Alx's work. ❤😊🙏

I don’t know if I’m a volunteer or not, but I have always struggled with feelings of alienation and not wanting to be here. I have thought to myself on multiple occasions “I never asked to be born” and “I want to go home.” The latter thought is usually enough to make me cry. I have struggled with inexplicable depression and a sense of the world being a terrible place all my life despite the fact that I have been very fortunate in my personal life circumstances. This ironically only made the depression worse, because I knew I had nothing to complain about compared to the rest of the world and seemed to feel this way for no reason. However, this has recently changed very suddenly. For the past few months my lifelong mental health issues have seemed to evaporate. I feel a sense of joy in life I have not experienced for a long time. I hope it’s a good sign.
I've known for most of my life that-- "asked" is probably too strong a word-- but I did come here voluntarily. But other than that, yeah, I used to cry because I wanted to be with "my people." MY people. Not like the DNA relatives I was living with, or anything.... 😏💙
And you're right, there is nothing wrong with my relatives, they just don't _match_ me.
You are not alone, I had and still have these feelings....I even made those same two questions to myself...sometimes I listen to a Charlie Rich's song call " Feel like going home" and can feel each of the words on it....

J.Robertson, what you describe sounds like the typical dilemma of a “starseed”-if you google, there’s a list floating around that you might resonate with. The veil is thinning now, which might be why you are feeling better, as am I. You are not alone, even in a state of extreme alienation, loneliness and wrath at being thrust into a place you never wanted to be. Try to stay positive and look for clues to your own unfolding story-there is a reason, and you may be surprised at what you discover. Best wishes to you!
I have always questioned since I was a child why I was here? I don't belong here and I only felt connected to my dad who I shared a birthday with and a love of music, though neither of us played any instruments. I did sing all the time. My brother used to say I was adopted but my mother assured me that I was not , he was just being a kid trying to make me think I was adopted.
I have always sensed things before they happened even as a kid. I feel people's pain like it was my own. I'm a Cancer and A- and thought maybe that was part of the puzzle. All I know is I'm 62 and have spent my life caring for others but due to a medical error I have been handicapped and can't care for myself but am married to a wonderful man. I still feel like I've been suffering since 1997 and I'm tired and want to feel better or go home. I don't want to leave my family here but it's exhausting. I don't know who can help me , I don't trust easily due to my original medical error and I'm house bound, so how do I get help?

I've been saying how exhausted I am for years. I cry every day. I've done a ton of healing work but now I understand I'm not just exhausted, my heart is broken and has been since I was a child, severely broken. Time to focus on healing my broken heart.

😍Thank you for sharing your awe inspiring message. As a Diabetic, type 1 for 44, I have certainly learned a lot about self control and self care! I will be open to healing, although I probably wouldn't want to have the knowledge of this health issue taken away. Growing up as a Baha'i, we are encouraged to pray and meditate to help with this understanding. I feel very close to my family that have passed on, and call on them daily! God is certainly our source, (by whatever name we choose to use) and to have that knowledge enables up to move forward.

And yes, I did get goosebumps over my entire body at one point.
I now have to go absorb what I have just experienced. I’m feeling slightly dumbfounded and also reconnected to a part of myself I perceived myself to already be connected with…Phew!
I have been taught that every sincere spiritual seeker follows their own unique path to self-realization. Some are called to worldly service, while others seek seclusion and isolation from humanity. Some may have previously spent multiple incarnations in service; now is their opportunity for inwardly focused effort . Every romance with the Divine is unique. We can not judge their impact upon the world based upon external appearances. In any case, as my gurudev taught, each one seeking God is also helping to uplift mankind - "Reform yourself and you will reform thousands." Of course, once liberated, one, no doubt, wants to share that Divine Bliss. Bhagavd Gita 6:32 "The best kind of Yogi is he who feels for others, whether in grief or pleasure...." 🙏
I’m in awe, with chills and feel privileged to be able to watch this…
I liked her point on how we have hospitals for broken minds and broken bodies, but no hospitals for broken hearts. That very much resonated with me.

Haha! I knew jack Schwartz! Nobody ever talks about him! What an inspiring person he was even at 70 years old! I was in my early twenties when I heard an interview with him and his energy jumped out of the radio and took hold of me!! And then I was shocked to find out that he had a business and lived in my area! So I stopped by the alethia foundation one day randomly and he was there! He took it upon himself to show me around and take me on a tour! I still have his book! So glad you hear his name! :)

Uncontrollable crying happened to me at a silent retreat in St. Louis a few months back. We were sitting, quietly contemplating, with candles, and imagining the crucifixion. My deep, painful crying came from watching Jesus as if I were his mother, Mary. I was reimagining everything, like a movie playing, except I was in it, as if I was literally there in that time. All the emotions were so intense… it has changed my whole being. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of truth. I love this UA-cam channel, because it’s helped me validate so many of my own visions, feelings, and beliefs that have come to me on their own volition regardless of the strict Christian religion I grew up learning.
How did you find you about the retreat? I would love something like that.
When I read a book that explained that Jesus Christ was never crucified my whole body came alive. I felt how this story of his murder as though it was a gift has taken away our vitality en masse. This despite being an atheist at that time with an atheist upbringing and not much talk on religion of any kind.

Oh, that's interesting, I've always seen the gospels as a mystery teaching. The deeper I went inside them the freer I became.

I'm here sobbing beyond sobbing at the bleeding cross story. Oh my goodness, that hit me somewhere so deep in my heart. Thank you so much for this interview!
Beyond anything I could have imagined. I’m so grateful to you Alex for having Alx on. My wife has been telling me how we are drifting apart in our beliefs. I grew up catholic then became born again. I drifted away from church due to reasons that don’t need to be discussed here. In time I had an awaking moment(s) that brought me to the Baghavad Gita and the Upanishads and the realization of unity and oneness which has guided me now for the last 5 years. My wife however didn’t get it and didn’t take my new meditation and approach to spiritualism seriously. To appease her I tagged along and went a Catholic Church for Good Friday service and though I am 100% in love with Jesus and think of him as my Guru I was no longer thinking of him as anything like The son of God who died for my sins but more if an ascended master. I couldn’t worship him as The Church did any longer. This interview, however showed me the reverence that other spiritual masters have for Jesus and I feel that I can now worship him again, in Church even, and Mother Mary openly, different from the parish but with great love and reverence once again. I may not partake in the Church rituals but I feel stronger in my love for The Lord as a reflection of the divine Christ Consciousness that we are all a part of as enlightened sprits. The timing was perfect for me. Thank you Alex.

And I've been watching UA-cam for less than a year. I have been on a spiritual quest also, but on a different path - a good path - not traditional for the west, but definitely different. When I was a child I had an OBE so I can relate to all of this. Soon after, I became a Christian and a Buddhist and took a great interest in science, particularly quantum physics and cosmology. Over time (I'm now 65 years old) I realised that all religions and beliefs have internal conflicts and disagreements but I knew after my OBE that we really are all One and there is only one 'Truth'. I therefore spent several years mapping all beliefs, quantum physics and religions onto the Tao Te Ching - some parts fit better than others, but surprisingly, quantum physics, the probabilistic nature of the universe and the manifestation of reality through our combined consciousness was the easiest part to fit! Finally, I've pulled it all together and now I follow the Guidelines of Problacism. I believe that the Tao is 'God' but God is better defined in the Taoist tradition (ie: it's totally undefinable but I like to think of 'It' as the 'Force of Nurture'). it created the universe and gave mankind Jesus several centuries after the Tao was acknowledged. As a practicing Problacist, I now have total contentment and don't have any anxieties, fears or depression. It's wonderful being totally indifferent to other people's opinions, status or positions in life - I watch them with amused interest in the knowledge that we are all one and eventually Karma always settles whatever the bill. Trust in the Tao but be relentless.
Hearing her Christmas story gave me chills. I think he❤ comes through while she shares the story. It felt amazing. ❤

Divinity knows no bounds! Was at an appointment with my Nurse Practitioner friend today discussing Jesus specifically and His teachings relative to dogmatic Christianity and “religion” in general. Upon returning home I finished a UA-cam video I’d begun yesterday as I went about my day when this video came up on autoplay. Synchronicity in so many ways as what was shared aligned exactly with our discussion, nodding to us we were on the correct path of under(inner)standing…. and topping it off with Alex’s story of The Divine Mother Center in Laytonville just up the 101 from us here in Ukiah!
