Sugar Syrup
-1/4 Cup water
-1 Tsp powdered sugar
Ganache:
-1 Cup milk

I just tried this recipe and it turned out to be great. Although it took 45-50 mins to cook properly and for those people who don't have the utensils as shown in the video, you can try to bake it in 'idli wala dhaba'. Anyway, thank-you for this recipe.😍

Very nice and easy to make chocolate cake
This icing looks the simplest. I wish I had seen this earlier. I tried the one with butter and hand whisking.. I don't have blender. It was good but bit runny. This one looks easy and holding such a good shape. I don't have coco powder but I have chocolate syrup. Thinking of using it . Will adjust consistency accordingly. Let's see. You are doing such a great job. Thank you for sharing such recipes with us.
