I really hope you're able to find Alex again and follow up with him. Poor guy! 3 days without water, food, or even shoes - he seemed like he was ready to pass out. You may have saved his life right there!

oh Michael....this made me cry. He is so broken, but such a lovely man and so in need of someone who cares. What luck he had that you found him today and made his life infinitely better. It truly does not take a lot of money to change someone's life from painful and hopeless, to comfort and happiness-if only for this moment in time. He is thanking the universe right now that you and he connected. He is cool under the shade of a tree, has a soft clean sleeping bag on which to lay his very tired head and body, his feet are no longer being burned by the hot asphalt and concrete, he has a cane to help him walk, food in his belly and life giving water to drink. You showed him humanity and love. There's truly not much more you can do for someone in this situation. I don't know you personally, but I love you!

i have to say at first alex broke my heart, he was in a terrible state, and need the help soooo much. but when he got his cane you could see how happy he was. It was such a beautiful moment and when he started dancing I had to laugh. Mike you not only saved his day but mine too. Thank you and great video. Much health and blessings to you and your family.

I wish more people would treat these folks like you do. It’s heartbreaking that most treat them poorly. I wish I could help but living on disability stinks. I was a nurse and then got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases and now I can’t work. I don’t even get 1/4 of what I was making as a nurse . Our government really needs change. So much sadness in our Country and we continue to send other countries billions of dollars 🤦🏼♀️😪💔🙏🏼🇺🇸

Some good people without homes out there. Was just watching a story on a homeless guy who saved some girls during that Sacramento shooting. Shoes are so important especially for the homeless

It's one thing to give an out of luck individual a few bucks. It's a whole different level of effort, love, and kindness. Buying him new shoes and socks was the best.! Getting a nice meal in his stomach, and driving him around shows so much Love. Spent your whole day with someone who truly needed a friend that day. Keep doing what you are doing my man. 🙏

It makes me really sick that this poor homeless senior citizen has been standing on the side of the street for 3 days with only one shoe on and not one person has stopped to offer this elderly man a pair of shoes I'm not saying a new pair of shoes I'm talking about a pair of used shoes I'm 100% sure more than 50 ppl probably had a used pair that they can't wear to offer this man. I can't help but think of the many people like this fella that nobody will stop and help. I wish something could be done reasonable for the many homeless people in our country. I don't think there are as many here in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri as there are out in the busy cities. There are so many empty buildings that would offer shelter and so much food in the forests and fields. Naturally one would need to know what can be eaten safely. Thank you for doing what you do.

Oh my, this was painful to watch.....blisters on his feet. He probably needed them washed and first aid cream on them. Maybe next time he can soak them in soapy water, dry and put on some over the counter first aid cream. Thank God you found him. So sad they must just get soaked on rainy days, sweat in summer and freeze in winter. Michael, would the police know if someone with dimentia in the area is missing, maybe from their home or a nursing home??? Just a thought that maybe he is someone missing since he had no shoes and is elderly. Maybe take a pic of him and show them. Thank you for helping him. 🙂😇

I used to watch true crime before bed and i was having very violent dreams. Now I'm watching Michael and have a much better sleep and wake feeling like doing good deeds. In fact yesterday morning i met one of my homeless neighbours named David in the alley beside my apartment. He was digging for cans. I ran to my place grabbed some noodles snd bread and peanut butter and a big glass of water. He was very grateful and so was I 🙂
