Compare to Hasbro's these look amazing and makes me want Mattel to make the characters from the first and second movie and Wicked World, just to see the quality
The core dolls, in my opinion, look really good. But you know, Mattel should make the other female characters from the previous "Descendants" movies by using the Barbie bodies the dolls have.
Did you guys know that mattel released Brandy dolls in 1999 and mattel was supposed to release a Brandy Cinderella doll in 1997 it nice to see this doll but this doll is not the Cinderella doll though. And fun fact Rita Ora has acting history, she made a cameo in Furious 6
My favorite doll from this line is definitely the Queen of Hearts! I love her gown, and it would be an amazing piece for doll restyles. The signature version of Red looks good to me as well!🖤💜

@@HoofKicker Mattel lies like a rug. I remember reading an article years ago about how the guys running Mattel are pretty conservative and they just don't like the idea that boys might play with dolls. Or that girls might like action figures. They're ridiculously uptight.
Honestly, the only one of these that I like is Uma. The face sculpts on the others look…off…to me. I know that they have to look like the actresses, but something just did not translate very well into the sculpts for me.
