Even as a young child I struggled with anxiety, and panic attacks, always thinking I was going to die. And that sentence "Everyone dies, so max out life." really helped me at that time. And I still remember to this day, as soon as I would start getting a panic attack I'd play this song and by the end of it I would've had calmed down.
