I recently learned, that asian countried (China, Japan and Vietnam) forgave atrocities that happened to them. CHina have forgiven Japan for the Nanjing. Japan have forgiven US for nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and Vietnam have forgiven US for the napalm strikes (which is basicly a war crime). And the line that summarises all the reasons for this forgiveness: "What happened is happened. We must not allow the past to cloud our judgment and do things, that will make worse to our countries."
I guess there are things, that many Western countries must learn from Asian countries.

Korea hates Japan's guts. And I've never gotten the impression that Japan and China are on good terms.
There's some truth in this statement, actually. Technically Korea still has a lot of grudge with Japan, but one example of an Asian country that is so forgiving after the time of war is Indonesia. Look at their countries relationship with Japan and the Netherlands now. It's almost as if they never had any problems before. It's pretty nuts.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the one thing I took from this video is that China is an absolute trooper. It's one of the first civilizations ever formed and it's not only still around today, it is also a major superpower.

The thing is though, China today has as much to do with Ancient China as Modern Europe has to do with Ancient Europe. And the European Union today even with it's Problems is still a major power and also still around, the same goes for Russia and India.
China is only special in that they are the closest to becoming a direct Rival with our modern "Superpower" that is the USA and being unified under one Government. I think it has become a common misconception to think of China as one, as one culture surviving though the Centuries, when that couldn't be further from the truth. China is neither one culture, nor one language, nor has it been one steady Empire just like any other place in the World.
China as a geographic place was and is as diverse in culture, language, power and history as Europe is. Though it is becoming less so due to the crack down of Chinese diversity by the Chinese Government.

I am a christian and disagree with a lot of the beggining stuff but this is still one of the moat funniest videos i have ever watched
You can’t really disagree with actual science, I get that the Big Bang goes against Christianity, but the stuff like protons, neutrons, the creation of earth, it’s just science, man.
The US had segregation far later than most countries and were barely ahead of South Africa in any change, so I don't think the vid should pat the US on the back too much.
