Card Shufflers, which one is better?

- In this video I offer a comparison of the Nileole card shuffler and two other card shufflers. The Nileole card shuffler was described as being a much better and quieter shuffler, by the manufacturer, but is it? In this video I will try to answer that question as well as do a fair assessment of the many different shufflers on the market. Is there really one that is better than all the others. I will show you the shufflers outside and inside.
The Nileole shuffler does have a USB cord that can be used in addition to the four C size batteries it requires. It is not rechargeable, but can plug into a USB outlet if you don't have batteries.

Don't know how I ended up here, but I must commend you on the structure and quality of this video. Clear and concise, verbally and visually.

Fascinating - shufflers made in the same factory in China in different boxes reviewed.
Yes, and prices vary a lot! Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
When you brought out the third shuffler, I thought I was about to go down the rabbit hole, and that you were going to be demonstrating a shuffling machine that shuffled shuffling machines.
LOL! "...a shuffling machine that shuffled shuffling machines." Thanks for the good laugh!
All of the larger shufflers I have seen that were below $50 were pretty much the same. I put small rubber strips on the edges of the cams that pop up to give them a little more grip.
Thank you for your suggestion and for visiting our channel. We hope you have a great day.
Great video!

great info! thanks

excellent review and I will go shopping with realistic expectations. It seems to me that spending more money on cards will improve the performance of any of them, and flipping the cards over as suggested. I would rather spend ~$25 a few times rather than 50 or more once, with unrealistic expectations.
Good choice. Glad I could help. Thank you for the kind comment and for visiting, have a great day.
Wayne...I purchased this same Nileole shuffler 2 1/2 months ago and it stopped working completely just recently. I dissembled it per your video but the contacts were different. There was no melted bar. The contacts were two metal strips that were pressed together when the plastic bar was depressed to make it run. Any suggestions to fix this?
Manually press the 2 contacts together to see if it runs. Also recheck if the batteries are good and installed correctly. Good luck with your project and have a great day.
What is the quietest shuffler that you've run across?
Unless you invest in a very expensive model (and we have not) they are all about the same. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Good review thanks. Apparently your old one lasted 4 years. Did you have any problems with it? And how often did you use it? I have seen some very expensive ones but they're not as plastic looking and seem more semi professional. But not sure their worth the price...
Ours gets used almost every day. We have had 8 to 10 in the past 10 years or so. They hold up good, I would not say great but unless you are a professional, I would not recommend anything more expensive. Note: they run MUCH better if you insert the cards face up. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
Hi Wayne, what is the advantage of USB? Can it be used without batteries?
Yes, as long as it is plugged into 5 volts, it will work without batteries. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
My shuffler doesn’t grab the cards anymore. It just spins
You answered at the end why

1 year later and i exist to remind you that you acidentally spelled "for" as "ofr" for the final chapter of the video, yes, thats my only purpose. but since its the name of a chapter you can change it.
Thanks for pointing that out. It's fixed now. Thank you for visiting and have a great day.
